I love the look of this sneaker, but I found it a little stiff and very short. I usually wear an 8.5, but I ordered a 9 based on reviews. It was still short – so, I had to return it. Sadly, o won’t order a 9.5 (out of principle) – ?

Based on other reviews, I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and could barely get my foot in them. My foot is on the narrow side, but I had to loosen the laces down to the toe box to get them on. They were actually a tad long once I got them on, which makes me think that they run TTS in length, but my toes still felt pinched on the sides due to how narrow they are. They were also much stiffer than the 2 other pairs of Steve Madden sneakers I ordered.

Ordered a 5.5 for my daughter for christmas, and the box said 5.5 when it arrived, so i peaked inside and they looked really cute so i wrapped them. on christmas morning she opened them and they are actually a size 9.5 in a mislabeled box.. and now they are no longer available to exchange. advice to always check shoe size inside box before gifting!

these shoes are sooooo stiff i could not get them on my feet—ordered 1/2 size bigger and still could not get on.

The leather is very stiff but feel like that would improve with time. The tongue however, has a piece of leather that pushes uncomfortably into my ankles. That feeling I could not get used to.
Style is super cute and good quality

There were two different soles. One foot was Half an inch higher than the other. I had to take the soles out and replace with new so that I could walk evenly. I won’t buy shoes from Zappos again as I’m not sure if these are legitimately Steve Madden. It seemed as though these shoes were refurbished. Extremely disappointed!

Not as pictured…the shoe was not the shape I thought it would be and also I sized up half a size and it still felt small (also I have very narrow feet and it was too narrow for me as well)

I have the non-platform version of this shoe and it is much more comfortable. These are also not as platform as i was hoping, barely taller than the regular one. Still cute, but was expecting more of a pink color and its really more nude/brown. returned.
